Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed by consumers through our online shop at www.themuseclub.shop.

A contract is concluded when the customer places an order in our online shop, and we accept this order by sending an order confirmation via email.

3. Prices & Payment Terms
All prices are stated in euros and include statutory VAT.

The following payment methods are available:

  • Credit Card
    During the ordering process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after the order is placed.

  • PayPal, PayPal Express
    To pay via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your login credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is processed by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. Further information is provided during the order process.

  • Sofort by Klarna
    To pay via the payment service provider Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, you must have an online banking-enabled bank account, authenticate yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be charged immediately after placing the order. Further information is provided during the order process.

  • Google Pay
    To pay via the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"), you must be registered with Google, have the Google Pay function activated, authenticate yourself with your login credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is processed immediately after the order is placed. Further information is provided during the order process.

  • Apple Pay
    To pay via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA ("Apple"), you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with Apple, have the Apple Pay function activated, authenticate yourself with your login credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is processed immediately after the order is placed. Further information is provided during the order process.

  • Klarna
    In collaboration with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden ("Klarna"), we offer the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is only available to consumers. Unless otherwise stated, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. Further information is provided for each payment option during the order process.

  • Purchase on Invoice via Klarna
    The invoice amount is due 30 days after the goods are shipped and the invoice is received.

4. Delivery & Shipping Conditions
We deliver within Germany and to selected EU countries. The respective shipping costs are displayed during the order process.

The delivery time is usually 3-7 business days but may vary depending on the shipping destination.

5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days. The period begins when the goods are received.

Return Costs:
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
Returns must be unworn and in their original packaging.

6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is made.

7. Warranty & Liability
The statutory warranty rights apply (2 years). If an item is defective, please contact us at hi@themuseclub.shop.

Our liability is limited to gross negligence and intent, unless it concerns a violation of essential contractual obligations.

8. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

The place of jurisdiction, as far as legally permissible, is our place of business in Germany.
